These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Holiday Estates s.r.o. and the guest for short-term apartment rental.
Booking and payment
The reservation is confirmed after payment of the stay price according to the conditions of the specific offer. The price includes accommodation and related fees stated at booking.
Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in is from 14:00, check-out by 10:00, unless otherwise stated for a specific reservation. Reception is available 24/7.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation rules follow the rate selected at booking. We recommend checking the conditions before confirming your order.
